Welcome to the APHC online notifications service. From here you can notify all* your works using our fast and efficient website.

* In order to notify any works you must hold the relevant qualifications, documentation and insurances and be approved to undertake the work.

Through APHC you can notify the following:

Work to Notify

  • Oil Fired Appliances, Oil Storage and Flue Systems
    • Pressure Jets or Vaporising
  • Solid Fuel Appliances and Flue Systems
  • Plumbing Systems
    • Sanitary Appliances
    • Vented and Un-vented Hot Water Systems (above 15L)
  • Electrics Part P (defined scope)
  • Installation and Commissioning of Energy Efficient Heating / Hot Water Systems
  • Gas Appliances and Flue Systems +

+ In order to post gas notifications the business MUST be registered with Gas Safe Register. The notification system for gas appliances/heating & hot water systems installed at the same time as a gas appliance is open to Non-APHC member companies. Please note – operatives can only notify areas of work in which they have proved competent as detailed on their Gas Safe Register ID card.

To notify the other areas of work listed you need to be an APHC Competent Person Scheme Member.
