The APHC Business Guide Now Available Online

The APHC Business Guide including templates and forms is now available to download in the Members Only section.

The Business Guide aims to assist members in various aspects of running their businesses. Of course, not all members will need to use all sections of the Guide but all members should find certain sections invaluable.

One of the most important sections guides members through the workings of a Competent Persons Scheme, while other information is as diverse as Health and Safety guidance, customer complaint handling, company legislation, protection against litigation, preparing quotations, and much more. Useful templates are included, such as for risk assessment, standard terms and conditions and so on.

APHC Members will need to log into the Members Only section of the website to access the Business Guide.
