MEMBERS HELP IMPROVE APHC NOTIFICATIONS SYSTEM
APHC's successful online notification system has been boosted by some fundamental changes that have been made in direct response to feedback from members. The changes to the system are designed to make it even more straightforward for customers to manage their online account more effectively.
Customers now have the ability to review past notifications and can also add or delete supervisors and administrators on their account as required. Charlotte Murray, Marketing Manager at APHC, comments:
“This new administration interface is a fantastic addition to the site. Since our launch in April our customers have been providing excellent feedback, and providing additional services such as this one is part of our commitment to continuously improve our service. Existing members will notice the difference, and new members joining us will find it much easier to operate than many other organisations' systems. However, we will continue to listen to members and make ongoing adjustments to the service we offer.”
Plumbing, heating and gas installation engineers can notify with APHC from £1.50 per notification. APHC is offering anyone who is currently a Competent Persons Scheme member a reduced rate of £250 for the first year in order to be able to notify additional building regulations notifiable works.
