LOCAL DEMOCRACY, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION BILL

Part 8 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Bill was presented to the House of Lords on Thursday 4 December.  Part 8 consists of the amendments to the Construction Act.
